What You’ll Build

You’ll own entire products end-to-end — from design through deployment — working directly with health system operators and shaping the core agent platform.

  • Build multimodal AI agents (browser, voice, text, APIs) that outperform human workers at complex healthcare workflows
  • Work directly with health system operators to deploy solutions and drive measurable financial impact
  • Design rigorous evaluation frameworks to systematically measure and improve agent quality across every customer
  • Identify cross-customer patterns that guide the agent platform strategy and integrate the latest AI advancements
  • Build the agent infrastructure layer — context engineering, tool orchestration, memory, and evals — across the entire healthcare revenue cycle

What They’re Looking For

Must-Have — Non-Negotiable
  • At least one company on your resume known for strong engineering talent (internships acceptable for earlier career tenures)
  • Ability to spend significant time in San Francisco (remote-flexible, but SF presence is required)
Required
  • 1–8 years of experience as a full-stack or product engineer, currently in an active IC engineering role
  • Proficient in Python or TypeScript
  • Experience with cloud platforms — AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Visible career velocity — fast promotions or clearly increasing scope across roles
Nice to Have
  • Experience shipping product features end-to-end with real user impact
  • Customer-facing or operator-facing engineering experience
  • Degree from a strong engineering program (Georgia Tech, Berkeley, UIUC, Waterloo, or equivalent)
  • Experience with LLMs, voice AI, or agent systems

Compensation & Perks

$170,000 – $250,000 base salary with 0.5% – 1.5% equity. This is genuine founding-team equity — not options priced after growth.
