About the Role


We’re seeking energetic and personable individuals to join our marketing team in New York City. This is a flexible, on-call opportunity—ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, engaging face-to-face, and making a strong first impression.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute flyers in targeted NYC neighborhoods

  • Engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner

  • Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Provide basic information about our services (training provided)

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable interacting with people

  • Personable and charming, with great communication skills

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

  • Previous marketing or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

  • $20–$25/hour or $160–$200/day for a full 8-hour shift

  • Commission bonuses for every flyer that converts into a live client account

  • Paid promptly at the end of each marketing day

 

Schedule

  • On-call, daytime availability (late mornings to afternoons)

  • Flexible—work only on the days you’re available

We’re now seeking a Contingent Technical Recruiter based in the Philippines to provide flexible, as-needed recruiting support. This is a contract-based, contingent position. Engagement is not guaranteed and will occur only when client demand increases. It’s ideal for experienced recruiters looking for flexible, freelance opportunities. Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for technical roles (engineering, data, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Execute Boolean and targeted searches across LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with client briefs
  • Collaborate with lead recruiter to present polished candidate shortlists
  • Communicate professionally with candidates via email, LinkedIn, or phone
  • Maintain clear records and notes on outreach and pipeline status
Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment or sourcing for technical roles
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Stable internet connection and reliable setup for remote work
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work quickly when activated
  • Located in the Philippines
  • Bonus: Strong literacy in AI recruiting tools and prompt engineering (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) is a major plus
Compensation ₱500–₱750/hour (depending on experience and role complexity) This is a contract, hourly role. You’ll only invoice for hours worked when activated.

This is a remote, contract-based, as-needed role. You’ll be contacted only when support is needed for administrative, research, or operational tasks.
Engagement is not guaranteed and will only occur during short periods of overflow work. This is ideal for a detail-oriented VA looking to earn flexibly on a freelance basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and clean up email inboxes and folders
  • Format resumes or documents in Google Docs
